Ayahuasca Preparation, Integration, and Diets w/ Tania Siglinde

Re-birth, Music, and the Evolution of Plant Medicine

Tania Siglinde is a Mexican native and a medicine woman in her own right. After her introduction to plant spirits that began by supporting healing work in medicine spaces, she trained with a Chilean indigenous elder to promote womb healing through the sacred use of garlic and now holds circles for women. In these ceremonies, women are able to heal relationships with their sexuality, power, and create energies guided by the wisdom of their ancestors through learning the ancient ways of connecting with their bodies.

In this episode we dip into her musical background and how her traditional education informs her understanding of the sacred songs used by healers in the world of ayahuasca. We also discuss preparation, integration, and safety measures worth considering for anyone interested in exploring this profound path. We provide insights into the depth of working with these sentient beings, the guidance offered within indigenous traditions, the benefits of doing medicine at Soltara, the level of support we built into our retreat there, and the specialness of having the an international team holding space for this work outside of the US during the week of the election.

For more information on how to participate in Women’s Circle held by Tania, please subscribe to my newsletter where I will be getting the word out about future ceremonies.
